We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Specialty Doctor in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry to join our dynamic team.

Your Role
  • Provide expert psychiatric assessments for children and adolescents with ADHD, including those with co-occurring mental health conditions.
  • Collaborate with the CAMHS team to evaluate complex psychiatric presentations in young people.
  • Actively participate in multidisciplinary meetings to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Responsibilities
  • Manage administrative tasks related to patient care, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of documentation.
  • Contribute to service development initiatives and job plan reviews.
  • Adhere to Trust policies and financial guidelines.
  • Provide clinical expertise and guidance to the multidisciplinary team.
  • Conduct outpatient clinics and home visits as needed.
  • Foster strong communication and collaboration with primary care providers and other mental health services.
  • Work closely with a network of healthcare professionals and social care agencies to deliver holistic support.
  • Perform new diagnostic assessments for ADHD and monitor treatment progress.
