We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Specialty Doctor in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry to join our dynamic team.
Your Role- Provide expert psychiatric assessments for children and adolescents with ADHD, including those with co-occurring mental health conditions.
- Collaborate with the CAMHS team to evaluate complex psychiatric presentations in young people.
- Actively participate in multidisciplinary meetings to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Manage administrative tasks related to patient care, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of documentation.
- Contribute to service development initiatives and job plan reviews.
- Adhere to Trust policies and financial guidelines.
- Provide clinical expertise and guidance to the multidisciplinary team.
- Conduct outpatient clinics and home visits as needed.
- Foster strong communication and collaboration with primary care providers and other mental health services.
- Work closely with a network of healthcare professionals and social care agencies to deliver holistic support.
- Perform new diagnostic assessments for ADHD and monitor treatment progress.
