Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team in Walthamstow, UK. The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing client retention strategies.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver successful products and services.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Account Executive or similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus commission and bonus potential.
