Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is £11.72 per hour (Basic Rate), £11.84 per hour (Evening Premium), £11.89 per hour (Sunday Day Premium), and £12.52 per hour (Sunday Evening Premium). In addition to your hourly rate, you will also receive overtime pay at a rate of £14.65 per hour (Day Shift) and £16.16 per hour (Evening Shift). You will also receive up to 7% matched pension contributions after three months of service.

Job Description

As a Logistics Delivery Associate, you will be responsible for delivering products to customers in a safe and efficient manner. Your duties will include:

  • Driving a pre-loaded van using pre-planned route maps;
  • Handling alcohol products during deliveries;
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise during deliveries;
  • Working collaboratively with other members of the logistics team to ensure smooth operations;
  • Maintaining a clean and organized vehicle and adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a full UK or EU driving licence and a positive attitude. No previous experience is necessary, as our training team will provide you with all the support and guidance you need to succeed.
