About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Paralegal to join our dynamic team at IRG Law. As a Property Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in assisting our Senior Solicitors with various aspects of property matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting solicitors in managing a caseload of property conveyancing matters.
  • Conducting title searches, land registry checks, and other due diligence tasks.
  • Preparing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other parties involved in the transaction.
  • Handling post-completion matters, including the submission of Stamp Duty Land Tax forms and Land Registry applications.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of case progress.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the conveyancing process.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in residential and or commercial property conveyancing.
  • A Bachelor's degree with at least a 2:1 classification from a reputable university.
  • Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant legal software and technology.
  • A commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and ethical standards.
