About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Welsh language educator to join our team at Twenty4Seven Education.

The ideal candidate will possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have excellent communication skills in Welsh, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lesson Planning and Delivery: Develop and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Welsh Curriculum.
  2. Student Progress and Feedback: Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback to support their growth.
  3. Inclusive Learning Environment: Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes respect, empathy, and understanding among students.
  4. Collaboration and Partnership: Collaborate with colleagues and engage with parents and carers to build strong partnerships.

Requirements:

  1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Possess Qualified Teacher Status, demonstrating a strong foundation in teaching principles and practices.
  2. Welsh Fluency: Demonstrate fluency in Welsh, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with students and colleagues.
  3. Passion for Teaching: Showcase a genuine passion for teaching and learning, driving innovation and creativity in the classroom.
  4. Commitment to Professional Development: Commit to ongoing professional development, staying updated on best practices and emerging trends in education.
