Behaviour Specialist Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Behaviour Specialist to join our team at EdEx Education Recruitment. As a Behaviour Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting students with their behaviour and mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide behaviour support to students with complex needs
- Develop and implement behaviour plans to promote positive behaviour
- Work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure consistent support
- Conduct regular progress reviews to monitor student progress
Requirements:
- Psychology graduate with a strong passion for behaviour support
- Experience working with students with behaviour needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
