Behaviour Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Behaviour Specialist to join our team at EdEx Education Recruitment. As a Behaviour Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting students with their behaviour and mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide behaviour support to students with complex needs
  • Develop and implement behaviour plans to promote positive behaviour
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure consistent support
  • Conduct regular progress reviews to monitor student progress

Requirements:
  • Psychology graduate with a strong passion for behaviour support
  • Experience working with students with behaviour needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
