We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Paint Sprayer to join our team at Pybus Recruitment. As a key member of our client's Accident Repair Centre in Totton, Southampton, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality paint finishes to vehicles.
About the Role:- Operate our state-of-the-art spray booth to achieve exceptional paint finishes.
- Ensure vehicles are properly masked and prepared for painting.
- Mix and match colours to achieve precise colour matches.
- Inspect painted jobs to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Carry out repairs to BSI PAS 10125 standards.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Vehicle Paint Sprayer who is passionate about delivering exceptional results. You will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a commitment to safety and quality.
- Plan and manage your workload effectively to meet deadlines.
- Work safely and efficiently under pressure.
- Carry out work to manufacturer specifications.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and independently with minimal supervision.
- Be flexible and adaptable in your approach.
- Continuously strive for excellence with customer satisfaction in mind.
- Ensure all tasks are carried out in accordance with our Health and Safety guidelines.
- Ideal candidates will be Level 3 qualified in Vehicle Paint Spraying.
- A full and valid driving license is required.
