Mechanic Trainer - SEMH School

Location: Wandsworth, London

Contract Type: Full-time, Temp to Permanent

Salary: Competitive, based on experience and level

Are you an experienced/qualified mechanic with a passion for teaching others? Do you have experience training others and want to transition into a different setting, passing on your mechanics knowledge?

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am

Local Transport Links: Wandsworth Common overground, Tooting Bec underground, and local bus routes. There is also FREE on-site parking.

  • Develop practical learning activities and projects that inspire students, helping them to build confidence and real-world skills.
  • Monitor student progress and behaviour, implementing strategies to manage challenges and help students overcome barriers to learning.
  • Support students' social and emotional development alongside academic progress, building strong, trusting relationships with them.
  • Experience in delivering training or lessons in a professional setting, particularly to young people.
  • A calm, patient, and resilient approach, with a genuine passion for helping people to succeed.
