We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Packaging Development Scientist to join our R&D Packaging team at Haleon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading complex packaging development projects from concept to commercialization.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and oversee packaging development projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
- Develop and implement innovative packaging solutions that meet business objectives and consumer needs.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define packaging briefs and product requirements.
- Translate consumer insights and unmet needs into concrete solutions, driving innovation and growth.
- Stay up-to-date with packaging trends, technologies, and regulations, applying this knowledge to drive business success.
- Ensure all deliverables are met, including regulatory compliance and supply chain readiness.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, industrial design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in packaging development, with a strong understanding of materials science, structural design, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience in developing and managing complex project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with packaging standards and regulations, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
