Dynamic Brokerage Role

Purpose of the Position

Christie & Co, a leading brokerage firm, seeks a dynamic agent to develop activity for the pharmacy sector across the Southeast region. With 14 years of experience in providing brokerage and valuation services to the pharmacy sector, we are the leading agent in this highly specialist field.

This role requires a strong understanding of the pharmacy sector and the ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sales and service-oriented skills, with experience working in estate agency or a similar environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Contact buyers primarily by telephone and register requirements using our Salesforce-based CRM system.
  • List, market, and manage opportunities for sale.
  • Negotiate and agree deals, manage lawyers, and the sale process.
  • Promote yourself and Christie & Co by liaising with our marketing team to create good-quality marketing materials.
  • Implement your own business generation strategy within a given territory to generate new sale enquiries.
  • Present Christie & Co credentials, deliver pricing advice, and secure sale mandates.
  • Collaborate with our regional and national team on corporate projects.
  • Network across the territory.

Working Relationships and Contacts

This role will report directly to our Head of Pharmacy, and ultimately, the Managing Director of Medical. You will be encouraged to forge your own relationships with business stakeholders across a given territory.

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience within an Estate Agency business; Essential
  • Strong IT skills with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Desirable
  • Experience of working with Salesforce;
  • Sales and service-oriented.
