Key Responsibilities- HR Advisory Services: Provide proactive and on-demand advisory and consultancy services to our business partners on a range of human resource issues, employee life cycle procedures, and policies consistent with employee standards, legislation, and guidelines.
- Employee Relations Case Management: Manage end-to-end and timely closure of employee relations cases, including disciplinary, absence, grievance, absence management, restructures, and other complex cases.
- People Metrics and Analysis: Analyze people-related metrics, data, and trends to make recommendations to our business partners and interventions with people managers to address identified people issues across the business.
- Training and Development: Provide support in the delivery of people management training, coaching, and upskilling managers throughout employee relations processes.
- Proven HR Experience: Up to 6 years of generalist/operational HR experience at Senior HR Advisor, HR Business Partner level or equivalent.
- HR Qualifications: A recognized HR qualification (CIPD or equivalent) is preferred.
- Employment Law Knowledge: Up-to-date understanding and application of employment law and HR best practice.
- Coaching and Mentoring: Confidence in coaching and mentoring people managers.
