Job Details

This is an exciting opportunity to join our UK Engineering team as a Commercial and Contract Management Specialist. You will be responsible for commercial and contract management of a portion of the 'Genco-541' responsible designer contract between Edvance and NNB.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and coordinating a portfolio of varied and complex contractual events from inception to implementation.
  • Developing and implementing commercial strategies to respond to emergent contractual topics and issues.
  • Providing commercial and contractual subject matter expertise to our Engineering teams.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 8 years of professional experience in Contract Management on complex and multicultural industrial and infrastructure projects.
  • Clear knowledge of best practice contract methodologies.
  • Knowledge of risk and claims management.
  • Specific knowledge of UK law and its impact upon the contractual and commercial functions.
