We are seeking a reliable and skilled HGV Class 2 Delivery Driver to join our team at Gotpeople. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering goods to various locations in the Watford area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver goods to stores, homes, and construction sites in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Unload vehicles as required and handle bulky items with care.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time.
  • Conduct regular vehicle checks to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Provide excellent customer service and interact with clients in a professional manner.
  • Work flexible hours, including days and nights, to meet the needs of our clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 24 months of recent HGV driving experience (Cat C).
  • Valid British Driving Licence, Full CPC, and DIGI tachograph.
  • Confident manual handling skills and ability to lift bulky items.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • No more than 6 points on your driving licence (no DR, DD's, or IN).
  • Correct PPE, including HI Vis and Safety Boots.

Benefits:

  • Competitive PAYE pay rates starting at £15.00 per hour.
  • 8 hours minimum pay guaranteed.
  • Flexible shift pattern, including Monday to Sunday.
  • Free parking available on-site.
