Job Title: Senior EHS Coordinator

GREEN FOLK LIMITED is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior EHS Coordinator to join our team in Exeter. As a key member of our EHS team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the facility is compliant with UK legislation and company standards for environment, health, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver technical training programs, including general toolbox talks, permit writing, FLT training, and BA training.
  • Maintain the H&S Legal Register and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Conduct risk assessments and safe systems of work in accordance with current legislation and company standards.
  • Engage with key internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, regulators, and enforcement agencies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an industrial engineering or manufacturing background, with working knowledge of ISO management systems.
  • NEBOSH Certificate and good working knowledge of UK environment, health, and safety legislation.
  • Ability to communicate, work, and influence effectively at all levels of the business.
  • Awareness of Human Performance processes and their role in safety management.
  • Ability to negotiate and influence the actions and decisions of others.
