Role Overview

We're seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning and associated duties for our team at a client site in Largs. You'll be responsible for ensuring tasks are carried out to the required standards and managing a small team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the cleaning of floors, communal areas, stairwells, and washrooms, as well as other ad hoc areas.
  • Manage a small team, including rotas, holidays, and performance, and deliver training to all cleaning operatives.
  • Ensure all records are updated correctly and conduct regular clean audits.
