L'Arche Liverpool is a vibrant community that provides support to people with learning disabilities. We are looking for a compassionate Care and Support Worker to join our team.
">">About the Role:As a Care and Support Worker, you will provide high-quality support to individuals with learning disabilities in their daily lives. You will assist with personal care, promote independence, and foster positive relationships with both assistants and individuals. This role requires a person-centred approach, ensuring that each individual's needs are met while promoting their choice, autonomy, and self-determination.
We offer a competitive salary of £11.90-£12 per hour, depending on experience, and up to 40 hours of work per week. Our Community houses are located in L'Arche Liverpool, where you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others.
