Aerospace Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead our aircraft component repair and overhaul business. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, enhancing our market presence, and fostering a customer-centric business ethos.
Key Responsibilities:
- Align with senior management to execute long-term business objectives and plans
- Drive sales growth and enhance brand market presence
- Ensure contract fulfilment in accordance with customer specifications and regulatory approvals
- Champion quality and timely delivery, while driving cost efficiency's and optimising capacity utilisation
- Direct the recruitment, training, and management of personnel
- Uphold and periodically assess adherence to Quality, Environmental, and Health and Safety standards
