We are seeking a Sales Ledger Administrator to join our team in Henley in Arden. As a Sales Ledger Administrator, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records, processing payments, and providing excellent customer service.

Salary Range: £150-£200 per day

You will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as experience working with financial software and tools such as Excel.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process and post customer invoices, credit card payments, and cashbook transactions.
  • Maintain accurate sales ledger live accounts and ensure timely payment from customers.
  • Manage petty cash, process vouchers, and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to queries in a timely manner.
  • Assist in preparing monthly reconciliations and other financial reports as required.
