MAN Commercial Protection is seeking a skilled Security Officer to join our team at a busy Distribution site in Droitwich.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the site, its employees, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:- Reception duties, including badge printing and area access control
- Alarm monitoring and CCTV investigations
- Controlling access of visitors, staff, and contractors
- Internal and external patrols
- Following site procedures and reporting incidents and accidents
- Gatehouse duties, including checking drivers' IDs and vehicle inspections
- Screening and search when required
- A valid SIA guarding/Door Supervisor Licence
- A 5-year checkable work/education history
- Competent computer skills and knowledge of computer systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to create comprehensive incident reports
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- In-house training (SIA and First Aid)
