About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Expert to join our team at Priory Group. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to lead our catering operations and create delicious and nutritious meals for our residents.

Job Description
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and cooking meals, taking into account any special requests or dietary requirements.
  • They will ensure operational standards comply with food safety policies and guidelines and statutory regulations.
  • In the absence of the Head Chef, the Culinary Expert will take full shift responsibility for the catering operation.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
