Job Overview:

Airborne Systems Engineer - CoE Actuation & Landing Gear

Location: Warton, Preston

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Airborne Systems Engineer - CoE Actuation & Landing Gear to join our team at Morson Talent. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development of actuation and landing gear sub-systems with challenging first flight timescales and subsequent spiral development.

Main Duties:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and engineer solutions to meet project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including platform level requirements and configuration control.
  • Collaborate with CEM, System Delivery Units and Air Functions to ensure appropriate support to integration activities.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in airborne systems engineering, specifically in actuation and landing gear.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Salary: £40-£52,780 per annum (PAYE) or £45,820-£62,830 per annum (Umbrella), depending on experience.
