Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a vibrant and inclusive secondary school in Sheffield.

As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work directly with students facing a variety of challenges, including autism, learning difficulties, and behavioural needs, providing tailored support to help them thrive both academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalised 1:1 and small group support to students with a range of SEN needs
  • Work alongside a supportive SEN department with access to outstanding resources and training
  • Collaborate with teachers and SEN specialists to create tailored learning plans for students
  • Gain hands-on experience for careers in Educational Psychology, Speech and Language Therapy, or Social Work
