We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Brand Designer to lead our design team at OWL in Shoreditch, London. This role offers a unique opportunity for a talented designer to shape the future of creative expression and become a Design Director.

As a Senior Brand Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing bold, visionary design solutions that not only answer the creative brief but also inspire, influence, and resonate deeply with audiences.

The ideal candidate will have a detail-oriented mindset, ensuring nothing is overlooked in the pursuit of excellence. They will be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can think big while delivering practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and delivering creative concepts across diverse media—including print, motion, and 3D—with a focus on creating multi-dimensional, immersive experiences.
  • Commissioning and collaborating with external creatives such as illustrators, photographers, and filmmakers.
  • Creating compelling storyboards and animations and contributing to film and motion projects.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior designers, fostering their creative growth.
