Learning Support Role

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to fill our learning support role. This position involves working closely with teachers and pupils to provide additional support and guidance in the classroom.
The ideal candidate will possess a recognised teaching assistant qualification, have the ability to quickly build positive relationships with both staff and students, and hold strong subject knowledge of the Primary Curriculum.
This is a salaried position with PK Education, offering a competitive rate of pay. The salary for this role is estimated to be around £30,000 - £40,000 per annum.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing additional support and guidance to pupils in the classroom
- Working closely with teachers to develop and implement individualised learning plans
- Assisting with lesson planning and preparation
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A recognised teaching assistant qualification
- Ability to quickly build positive relationships with both staff and students
- Strong subject knowledge of the Primary Curriculum
