Workshop Manager Overview

Our Chingford Audi Retail Centre is actively seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Workshop Manager. If you're passionate about cars and have a strong background in automotive management, we'd love to welcome you to our team where you will be part of our exciting journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement long-term plans for training and development of workshop colleagues
  • Compile and maintain a resource plan for the workshop, ensuring optimal load management and efficiency
  • Ensure effective planning and allocation of facilities, bays, machines, tools, and diagnosis installations
  • Lead, coach, and motivate employees to deliver high-quality work
  • Monitor and optimize productivity and performance of employees
  • Ensure accurate job time planning and task allocation for the workshop
  • Monitor compliance with statutory regulations and maintain quality control of completed tasks
Requirements
  • Full UK driving license
  • Motor industry experience in a similar role is essential
