Job Description
The Warehouse Operations Supervisor will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, including supervision of staff, inventory management, and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Manage inventory levels, perform stock takes, and reconcile discrepancies
- Coordinate logistics and delivery schedules, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods

Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a supervisory capacity
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic IT skills, including familiarity with inventory management systems
