**Company Overview:** Home Instead Exeter & East Devon is a leading home care provider, committed to delivering exceptional support services to local community members. We're seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our award-winning team.
Salary: Up to £17 per hour and £23.00 per hour on bank holidays, with guaranteed hours via a variety of fixed contracts.
Job Description: Our Community Care Assistants provide professional support to enable clients to live independently for longer. This includes assisting with daily tasks, supporting with medication (but not administering), accompanying to appointments or social trips, and providing a trusted point of contact.
Required Skills and Qualifications: No experience is necessary, as full paid training is provided. Applicants should be organised, able to manage time effectively, reliable, and have a great sense of humour, with consideration and care for others.
