  • Ensure the kitchen is kept tidy and left secure, with all supplies stored in the correct place.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to company Food Safety and Health and Safety policies.
  • Work effectively within a team and independently, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

What We're Looking For:

You will possess a strong understanding of Health and Safety, as well as knowledge of maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment. Ideally, you will have an up-to-date CIEH Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate and prior experience in a catering department or kitchen.
