Our service is a welcoming and friendly environment, and no two days will be the same. You will be teaching new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging individuals to access their local communities, socialising, and doing lots of activities.
We support ten adults with learning disabilities and associated physical disabilities, each with their own unique needs and goals. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement personalized support plans, helping individuals to achieve their aspirations and live fulfilling lives.
As a Support Worker with Voyage Care, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of the people we support. You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support, and you will have access to excellent training and development opportunities to help you grow in your career.
We are looking for someone who is genuinely caring, hands-on, and passionate about enhancing the quality of life for the people we support. You will need to be resilient, flexible, and composed in your approach, with a full UK driving license to drive our mini bus.
