**Job Summary**

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Professional to join our team at Home Instead, providing high-quality care and support to elderly individuals in the comfort of their own homes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide personalized care and support with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
* Encourage and assist clients in staying active and engaged, promoting physical and emotional well-being.
* Offer companionship and build strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families.
* Assist with medication reminders, transportation, and accompanying clients to appointments or social activities.
* Promote safety and independence by assisting with mobility and fall prevention techniques.
* Respect clients' dignity and autonomy, tailoring care to their individual needs and preferences.

* Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with elderly individuals.
