Overview

Gearing Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly skilled MEICA Framework Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing water sector projects, ensuring safe delivery and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage water sector projects from initiation to completion, adhering to time, cost, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate and liaise with key stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and suppliers.
  • Monitor project commercial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, milestones, and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with designers, planners, and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies, leveraging opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

  • Engineering background with relevant academic qualifications.
  • Proven experience in MEICA project management, preferably within the water sector.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • CITB (SMSTS) and/or CSCS qualification for managing safely.

Salary and Benefits
