Activities Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Activities Coordinator to join our team at Murdostoun Brain Injury Rehabilitation Centre in Wishaw.
As an Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing a social, recreational, and leisure activity program for our residents. This will involve individual and group activities within the unit and the wider community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive activity program that meets the needs and interests of our residents.
- Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure a seamless delivery of care and services.
- Plan and coordinate activities that promote socialization, independence, and community integration.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the activity program and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Experience in running groups and activities in a rehabilitation setting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enhanced DBS clearance.
