Key Responsibilities- Merchandising and handling deliveries to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
- Replenishing stock, maintaining pricing accuracy, and implementing promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Providing excellent customer service, answering toy-related questions, and making recommendations to customers.
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including the toy aisles and surrounding areas.
- Collaborating with colleagues and management to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
- Flexibility to work Monday to Saturday, between 8am and 7pm, with varying shift patterns and overtime opportunities.
- Ability to work independently, use initiative, and take pride in your work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Basic knowledge of toys and games, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
- Reliability, dependability, and a strong work ethic.
