As a Technical Account Manager at Amazon Web Services, you will be the trusted advisor to our Enterprise customers, helping them achieve the greatest value from our cloud platform. With a strong background in IT architecting and operations, you will provide field support, analysis, and strategic technical direction to ensure our customers' AWS environments remain operationally healthy and cost-effective.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide expert support to resolve customer inquiries and issues related to AWS services and cloud infrastructure.
  2. Conduct regular reviews of operational performance and provide actionable insights to customers.
  3. Collaborate with AWS global engineering and service teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  4. Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and technical challenges.
  5. Lead technical discussions with senior leadership to drive customer success and adoption of AWS services.
About the Role:

As a Technical Account Manager, you will be the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and driving business value from our cloud platform.

Requirements:
  • Strong background in IT architecting and operations, with experience in cloud infrastructure and AWS services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Business communication skills in Korean, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
