Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at Poundland. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of cash handling and till operational procedures
• Replenish stock as directed, maintaining a well-stocked and visually appealing store environment
• Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and maintain a fun and friendly store environment
• Deliver accurate and timely store changes and promotions
• Be flexible in your working hours, including weekends and bank holidays
