About the Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and results-driven General Practice Lead to join our Ipswich-based team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strong client relationships, and providing exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of accountants and support staff, providing guidance and coaching to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, sharing knowledge and expertise with the team.

Requirements

  • ACCA, ACA, or AAT qualification (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in practice, preferably currently working in practice.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Solid understanding of tax and ability to advise clients on tax matters.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will also benefit from a range of perks, including:
