Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Operations Manager to oversee our workshop operations and ensure equipment is prepared to industry standards.

This role involves managing a team of engineers, delegating tasks, and controlling overtime and labour requirements. You will also be responsible for maintaining site records, supervising contractors, and ensuring compliance with company SHEQ policies.

In addition, you will need to identify and process warranty claims in line with company and manufacturer procedures, and support on-site service contracts such as cleaning, building work, and ground maintenance.

You will be expected to maintain exceptional levels of organisation, numeracy, and literacy, as well as good computer literacy with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team in a safe and compliant manner
  • Drive performance against KPIs
  • Maintain site records and comply with statutory reports
  • Supervise contractors and ensure compliance
  • Manage WIP and control overtime and labour requirements
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable ability to lead a team in a safe and compliant manner
