Job Title: Conference and Events Operations Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Conference and Events Operations Assistant to join our team at Hilton London Syon Park.

Job Summary

The Conference and Events Operations Assistant will be responsible for setting up and facilitating the running of banquets and events. This includes perfect knowledge of all room setups, serving refreshments, and maintaining all areas clean and hazard-free.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and execute events, including banquets and conferences
  • Ensure all areas are clean and hazard-free
  • Serve refreshments and provide exceptional customer service
  • Work collaboratively with the Conference and Banqueting team
