We are seeking a skilled and motivated Pantry Department Head to join our team at the National Theatre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pantry kitchen, ensuring that our customers receive high-quality food and excellent service.

The Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of pantry chefs, ensuring that they have the necessary training and resources to excel in their roles. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality and safety in the kitchen, as well as developing and implementing new recipes and menu items.
Requirements:
- A proven track record of leadership and management experience in a fast-paced culinary environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for innovation and creativity in the kitchen
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
