About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Delivery Manager to join our team at Thales UK. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for leading technical projects and ensuring the successful delivery of engineering solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks, and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and implement delivery plans, including resource allocation, project schedules, and budgeting.
  • Ensure compliance with Thales' quality and safety standards, and maintain a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a technical project management or engineering delivery role.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Knowledge of Thales' products and services, and a strong understanding of the defence and aerospace industries.
