About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled tradesperson to fill the position of Shorefields Plumbing Expert.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the planning, preparation, and use of learning materials, supervising and advising learners, monitoring stock levels, ordering and receiving materials, maintaining inventories, and ensuring health and safety in our plumbing workshop.

The ideal candidate will have skills and knowledge of plumbing, knowledge of health and safety requirements, and level 2 qualifications in maths and English. Alternatively, they may have enthusiasm to develop themselves in further education, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and proven experience of working within the construction industry.

We offer an excellent benefits package, including 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays pro-rata, college closures at Christmas and Easter, enrolment into the LGPS pension scheme, free parking, eligibility for blue light card (fees apply), and many more.

The salary for this role is expected to be around £25,347 per annum, depending on experience.

This is a permanent, full-time position with a contract start date of immediate.
