About the Role

This Senior Financial Manager will oversee the Group Treasury Team, ensuring effective operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing cash management strategies to maintain corporate liquidity and financial stability.
  • Ensuring accurate posting of journal entries related to 30 multi-currency bank accounts across subsidiaries.
  • Directing the development of financial policies for capital structure, treasury operations, and risk management.
  • Ensuring bank reconciliations are completed and investigating unreconciled transactions.
  • Reviewing compliance with loan covenants and preparing reports on any discrepancies or risks.
  • Managing relationships with banks, investment institutions, and third-party trusts to ensure efficient cash release and negotiate favorable terms.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in a busy treasury operation with multi-currency bank accounts.
  • Strong experience in managing leveraged debt and operational bank relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a treasury team.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience in systems/process improvement.
  • Knowledge of online banking platforms and treasury management systems.
  • Experience leading or participating in cash flow automation projects.
