Job Description:

We're currently recruiting an ambitious Culinary Artisan to join our team at Chartwells. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you'll play a crucial role in creating exceptional food experiences for our clients and customers.

Your responsibilities will include preparing and serving high-quality food, identifying opportunities to improve our food services, listening and acting on customer feedback, supporting menu creation, representing Chartwells, and maintaining a positive brand image.

You'll also oversee kitchen cleaning responsibilities, monitor inventories, and comply with relevant regulations and standards.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a Food Hygiene certificate, have a flexible approach to working, and be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service.

You'll also need to be able to work effectively as part of a team and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
