We're seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager at The North Face. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll play a vital role in driving sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales and profitability in synergy with your Store Manager
  • Motivate, mentor, and coach sales associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Assist your Store Manager in implementing retail processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Stay on top of core retail operational procedures, including inventory and P&L management
  • Report performance metrics and demonstrate your understanding of KPIs to drive store results
  • Ensure your store meets visual merchandising guidelines and provides a great shopping experience
  • Provide cover in the Store Manager's absence
What We're Looking For:
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Experience in retail operations, preferably in a leadership role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
