We are recruiting a talented Recruitment Consultant to join BGI's Industrial team in Cardiff.

BGI is a global multi-brand group, operating across the UK, Europe, Middle East and USA. We represent various talent & technology companies, serving diverse customers from Waste & Recycling to Artificial Intelligence.

The ideal candidate will have agency recruitment experience and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets. They should possess strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with clients and candidates alike.

As a key member of our recruitment division, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality recruitment solutions while providing outstanding service to our clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct thorough candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing processes to identify the best temporary talent for our clients.
  • Become a market professional to both clients and candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial job briefing to offer negotiation and placement.
  • Ensure timely processing of timesheets and maintaining payroll records and reports.
  • Conduct regular compliance checks to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
