Job Summary
Troo Hospitality is seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at the Mercure Aberdeen Caledonian Hotel. As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience for all.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with the food and beverage team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Assist with food and beverage preparation, as required.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a food and beverage role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
