Pharmiweb is seeking an experienced Clinical Data Management Lead to serve as the strategic program director for our clinical research studies.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing clinical data management activities, ensuring high-quality results, and implementing timely delivery of projects. This individual will work closely with senior-level management, external vendors, collaboration partners, and clinical study personnel to achieve project objectives.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized professional with a strong background in clinical data management. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage clinical data management activities, ensuring high-quality results and timely delivery of projects.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve data management processes and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with senior-level management, external vendors, collaboration partners, and clinical study personnel to achieve project objectives.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on data management best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on project progress and performance metrics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in clinical data management, preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $180,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
