Join Our Team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our Construction & Property team in Reading as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for filling roles in the Construction market, working with some of our biggest clients in the region. You will be expected to offer the best experience possible for all candidates, meeting with candidates multiple times per week to build new and lasting relationships, achieving targets, and accurately managing our payment systems.
