Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Team Leader to join our team at Resourcing Group. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for leading and guiding a team of Electrical Maintenance Engineers in the proactive and reactive maintenance of production plant machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Team Leadership: Lead, guide, support, and motivate a team of 6-8 Electrical Maintenance Engineers, and in the absence of the mechanical team leader, supervise up to 19 Engineers.
  2. Project Support: Collaborate with the Engineering Manager on ongoing and new projects, shut-downs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  3. Electrical Maintenance: Focus on electrical maintenance and installation work across all plant and machinery through fault finding, planned maintenance, shut downs, and project work.
  4. Electrical Team Management: Work in a dedicated electrical team, responsible for all electrics across the factory.
  5. PLC Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot PLC systems, including Siemens, which are used on-site.
  6. TPM Improvement: Be actively involved in the TPM improvement process, contributing to the shaping of the future.
Requirements
  1. Electrical Engineering Qualifications: Completed a recognized electrical engineering apprenticeship or hold relevant electrical qualifications.
  2. Electrical Engineering Experience: Experience of electrical engineering within a production or industrial or manufacturing environment or similar.
  3. Electrical Skills: Possess some of the following electrical skills: 3-phase, star/delta motors, sensors, inverters, PLC fault finding, Siemens, Allen Bradley, contactors, relays, servo drives, installations, general maintenance.
