About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and professional individual to join our forward-thinking college and develop and teach on T-Level/Professional Construction pathways.

The primary focus will be on development and delivery in T-Levels Design Surveying and Planning and Building Services Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• To coordinate, design, deliver, and develop programs of study for groups of learners.
• To develop best practice in learning, teaching, and assessment ensuring standardization and continuity.
• To assess learners according to established guidelines.
• To develop part-time, full-time, and bespoke programs.
• To design, develop, and monitor resources for learner use.
• To act as personal tutor to groups of students and coordinate tutorial support.
• To provide accurate current feedback on progress and outcomes to managers and students.
• To monitor and manage student attendance and maintain appropriate standards of behavior.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Diploma in Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector (DTLLS) or equivalent.
• English and Maths level 2.
